Tideland Grant Clause Samples

Tideland Grant. This Lease and the Premises shall at all times during the term of the Lease be subject to the limitations, conditions, restrictions and reservations contained in and prescribed by the act of the Legislature of the State of California, entitled "An act granting certain tidelands and submerged lands of the State of California to the City of Oakland and regulating the management, use and control thereof," approved May 1, 1911 (Stats. 1911, Chapter 657), as amended, and the Charter of said City.
