Solved Resolution Provided to the customer Closed Solved tickets will be closed automatically after 5 days of no activity.
TICKET STATUS. During the utility coordination meetings the WUCS shall collect and maintain the Ticket Status information to determine the status of all locate requests within the project limits. This information will be used to assure those planning to use mechanized equipment to excavate or work within the project limits are prepared to begin work when they have reported or estimated beginning work.
