Thrust Reverser. If Thrust Reverser Closing Net Worth, as finally determined pursuant to Section 2.05, is less than the Estimate of Thrust Reverser Closing Net Worth, then LM shall pay to the Company as an adjustment to the LM Cash Contribution Amount, in the manner provided in Section ▇.▇▇(▇), an amount equal to the sum of (A) the amount of such difference plus (B) an amount computed in the manner of interest as described in Section 2.06(c) on the amount referred to in clause (A) above. If Thrust Reverser Closing Net Worth, as finally determined pursuant to Section 2.05, is greater than the Estimate of Thrust Reverser Closing Net Worth, then the Company shall pay to LM as an adjustment to the LM Cash Contribution Amount, in the manner provided in Section ▇.▇▇(▇), an amount equal to the sum of (C) the amount of such difference plus (D) an amount computed in the manner of interest as described in Section 2.06(c) on the amount referred to in clause (C).
Thrust Reverser. Each thrust reverser will have had an on-wing inspection and operational check as per the AMM. Lessee shall correct any discrepancies outside of AMM limits.
