Any Person who fails to object in the manner prescribed herein shall be deemed to have waived its objections and will forever be barred from making any such objections in the Actions or in any other action or proceeding, unless otherwise excused for good cause shown as determined by the Court.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both parties to this agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure.
