Through the Research Collaboration Term. (i) After OncoMed’s receipt of such notice during the Research Collaboration Term from GSK in accordance with Section 7.1.3(a)(i), where such notice applies to [***]. For clarity, as of the date of such non-election by OncoMed, such Collaboration Target shall cease to be an Active Target under this Agreement and shall no longer be subject to Section 7.1.1, and Collaboration Compounds that have not met Lead Generation Criteria shall no longer be subject to Section 7.2.
