THIRDLY. any credit balance shall be, subject to the provisions of this Agreement (including dividends restriction, as provided in Clause 8.2 (m) (No dividends or distribution)) and the Account Pledge Agreement, available to the Borrower to be used for any purpose not inconsistent with the Borrower’s other obligations under this Agreement.
