XXXXXXXX MINING PTY. LTD. a company incorporated under the Companies Xxx 0000 of the said State and having its registered office therein at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx (hereinafter called “Mt. Xxxxxxxx” which expression will include its successors and assigns) of the third part.
