Common use of Third-Party Release Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Release. In the event Concessionaire shall discover a Third Party’s Release of any Regulated Substance on or from the Premises, Concessionaire immediately shall comply with all applicable Release Notification Requirements and notify the Authority of the Release. This does not limit the Parties’ rights and obligations to each other with respect to Third Party Parties’ Releases of Regulated Substances on or from the Premises. Such rights and obligations shall be determined on incident-specific bases according to the other provisions of this Lease and according to Law.
