Third Party Interest. Magnet Forensics’ affiliates, and Magnet Forensics and our affiliates' respective directors, officers, and employees are intended third party beneficiaries for the purpose of License Grant (Section 2.4), Warranty (Section 6), Limitation of Liability (Section 8), Indemnification (Section 9) and Compliance with Laws (Section 12.2) as if each was a party to this Agreement, in accordance with this Section and any applicable laws or regulations in Your jurisdiction. Except as otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement, any person who is not a party to this Agreement has no rights under this Agreement.
