Third Party Infringement of Tekmira’s Patents. (a) Each Party will promptly report in writing to the other Party during the Term any known or suspected infringement by a Third Party of any Patents within the Tekmira Combined Licensed Technology of which such Party becomes aware, as such infringement relates to the Research, Development or Commercialization of Products directed at any Alnylam Target, or any Alnylam Product, and will provide the other Party with all available evidence supporting such infringement.
