Third Party Communications. During the Pre-Closing Period Parent, the Company and Purchaser shall collaborate in approaching all customers, suppliers and all other third party business partners as reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in order to communicate to them the pending transactions hereunder, with the goal to ensure a smooth continuation of their underlying business relationships following the Closing.
