Third Party Cap Agreement Terms. Each Third Party Cap Agreement shall be with a rate cap provider approved by F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac as an acceptable interest rate cap provider at such time, and shall be on a form previously agreed upon by F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac and such provider. Each Third Party Cap Agreement shall have a strike rate or cap rate that produces an Amortizing DCR in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.1.2 of this Agreement.
