Common use of Third Party Beneficiary Rights Clause in Contracts

Third Party Beneficiary Rights. No person not a Party to this Agreement is an intended beneficiary of this Agreement, and no person not a Party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge that WNC Housing Tax Credit Fund VI Series 13, L.P. and its assignees shall have the right to enforce any term of this Agreement.

Third Party Beneficiary Rights. No person not a Party to this Agreement is an intended beneficiary of this Agreement, and no person not a Party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge that WNC Housing Tax Credit Fund VI Series 13VI, L.P. and its assignees Series 11 shall have the right to enforce any term of this Agreement.

Third Party Beneficiary Rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge that WNC Housing Tax Credit Fund VI VI, L.P., Series 13, L.P. 11 and its assignees shall have the right to enforce any term of this Agreement.
