Third Parties. Nothing Except as otherwise expressly provided for or contemplated by this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, shall or is intended to confer upon any person, Person other than the parties hereto and hereto, or their respective successors and or assigns, any rights or remedies of any nature or kind whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

Third Parties. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person, other than the parties hereto and their successors and assigns, any rights right or remedies remedy under or by reason of this Agreement on any Person other than the Parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, nor is anything set forth herein intended to affect or discharge the obligation or liability of any third persons to any party to this Agreement, nor shall any provision give any third party any right of subrogation or action over against any party to this Agreement.

Third Parties. Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement, express or implied, Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon or give to any person, other than the parties hereto and their successors and assigns, third party any rights or remedies under or by reason virtue of this AgreementAgreement or any exercise or non-exercise of the Option granted hereby.
