Common use of Third Level Escalation Clause in Contracts

Third Level Escalation. Should the dispute not be resolved within ten (10) business days of its referral to the Second Level, the dispute shall be escalated to the City’s Commissioner of Community Services or designate and the Region’s Commissioner of Public Works or designate (“Third Level”).
