Third Incremental Agreement Effective Date Transactions. (a) On the Third Incremental Agreement Effective Date, each of the Initial 2019 Incremental Term Loan Lenders, severally and not jointly, shall make the 2019 Incremental Term Loans to the Borrower in accordance with this Section 3(a) by delivering to the Borrower immediately available funds in Dollars in an amount equal to its respective 2019 Incremental Term Loan Commitment. (b) The 2019 Incremental Term Loans made on the Third Incremental Agreement Effective Date pursuant to Section 3(a) shall constitute Eurodollar Loans having an initial Interest Period ending on September 30, 2019.
