Common use of Third Contribution Clause in Contracts

Third Contribution. (i) Immediately following the consummation of the transactions described in Section 2.5(d), K▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ shall cause KCW to contribute to Neenah as an additional contribution to capital without the issuance of additional shares of capital stock, all of KCW’s right, title and interest in and to the Transferred Intellectual Property, the Trademarks set forth in Schedule 2.1(m) and the capital stock of Cansco Chemical.

Third Contribution.
