Common use of Third Amendment Clause in Contracts

Third Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower, each other Obligor, the Majority Lenders and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment signed on behalf of such Persons.

Third Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from this Third Amendment, duly executed by (i) the Borrower, (ii) (A) each other ObligorExisting Lender and (B) each New Lender (which Persons described in this clause (ii) shall constitute all of the Lenders under the Amended Credit Agreement), the Majority Lenders and the (iii) each Issuing Bank counterparts under the Amended Credit Agreement and (in such number as may be requested iv) the Swingline Lender, and acknowledged by the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment signed on behalf of such Personseach Subsidiary Loan Party.

The Administrative Agent shall have received duly executed counterparts to this Third Amendment from the Borrower, the other Loan Parties, and each other Obligor, Lender party hereto (constituting at least the Majority Lenders and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment signed on behalf of such PersonsRequired Lenders).

The Administrative Agent shall have received from this Third Amendment duly executed and delivered by the Borrower, each other Obligor, the Majority Lenders Borrower and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment signed on behalf of such Personsother parties hereto.
