Common use of Third Amendment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Third Amendment Effective Date. This Third Amendment shall become effective when (i) Borrowers, Agent and each Lender shall have executed and delivered to each other this Third Amendment and (ii) Borrowers shall have paid to Agent, for the ratable benefit of Lenders, the amendment fee referred to in Section 10 of the Third Amendment. The date on which such foregoing condition precedent is satisfied shall be referred to as the "Third Amendment Effective Date."

Third Amendment Effective Date. This Third Amendment shall become effective when (i) Borrowers, Agent and each Lender shall have executed and delivered to each other this Third Amendment and (ii) Borrowers shall have paid to Agent, for the ratable benefit of Lenders, the amendment fee referred to in Section 10 as of the Third Amendment. The date on which such foregoing condition precedent is satisfied shall be referred to as hereof (the "Third Amendment Effective Date") when the Agent shall have received, by facsimile, counterparts of this Third Amendment executed by the Company, each Borrowing Subsidiary, the Agent, the Co-Agent and the Requisite Lenders, and acknowledged by each of JCC, JPS Auto and International Fabrics."

Third Amendment Effective Date. This Third Amendment shall become effective when upon satisfaction of each of the following conditions: (i) Borrowers, Agent and each Lender Lenders shall have executed and delivered to each other this Third Amendment and Amendment; (ii) Borrowers Borrower shall have paid to Agent, for Agent the ratable benefit of Lenders, the amendment waiver fee referred to in Section 10 5 of the this Third Amendment. The date on which such each of the foregoing condition conditions precedent is satisfied shall be referred to as the "Third Amendment Effective Date."

This Third Amendment shall become effective when (i) Borrowers, Agent and each Lender shall have executed and delivered to each other this Third Amendment and (ii) Borrowers shall have paid to Agent, for the ratable benefit of Lenders, the amendment fee referred to in Section 10 of the Third Amendment. The date on which such foregoing condition precedent is satisfied shall be referred to as the "Third Amendment Effective Date") when the Agent shall have received counterparts of this Third Amendment, which collectively shall have been duly executed on behalf of each of the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Agent and the Required Lenders."

Third Amendment Effective Date. This Third Amendment shall become effective as of the date first written above (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”) on the first date when (i) Borrowers, Agent and each Lender this Amendment shall have been duly executed and delivered by the Company, each of the Restricted Subsidiaries that are parties to each other this Third Amendment the Credit Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Majority Banks and (ii) Borrowers the fee payable pursuant to Section 4.4 hereof shall have been paid to Agent, for the ratable benefit of Lenders, the amendment fee referred to in Section 10 of the Third Amendment. The date on which such foregoing condition precedent is satisfied shall be referred to as the "Third Amendment Effective Datefull."
