TheSPGand Sample Clauses

TheSPGand bothaffirmthat; a) neither it nor its respective directors, employees, or agents has paid or undertakento pay or shall in the future pay any unlawful commission, bribe, pay- off or kick-back;and b) it has not in any other manner paid any sums, whether in Indian currency or foreigncurrencyandwhetherinIndiaorabroadtotheotherPartytoprocurethisAgreem ent,andtheSPGandDISCOMherebyundertakenottoengageinanysimilar actsduringtheTermofAgreement.
