These Rules Sample Clauses
These Rules. (a) remain in force from the time that they are approved by RPRA and posted on the Stewardship Ontario website until the time they are replaced on the Stewardship Ontario website with RPRA-approved Rules; and
(b) shall be automatically amended for years subsequent to 2019 by substituting the year appearing in these Rules with the subsequent year unless or until new rules are approved by RPRA and are posted on the Stewardship Ontario website.
These Rules. (a) are intended to implement the provisions of the Protocol, the National Mobility Agreement and the Territorial Mobility Agreement; and
(b) apply to a Visiting Lawyer, provided that the Visiting Lawyer is entitled to practise law in the jurisdiction of a governing body of which the Visiting Lawyer is a member.
