Common use of These Master Terms Clause in Contracts

These Master Terms. the Product Terms and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Order Form are the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the services specified in the Product Terms and all prior agreements regarding those services are superseded. No amendment or modification of a Service Contract is binding unless in writing and executed by the parties.
