Thermography. The diagnostic measuring and recording of body heat variations (thermography) are not covered. Transportation costs are not covered, including local ambulance charges. Only Chiropractic Services that are necessary, appropriate, safe, effective and that are rendered in accordance with professionally recognized, valid, evidence-based standards of practice are covered. Vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements or other similar products, including when in combination with a prescription product, are not covered.

These are defined as situations where there is an identified potential failure of an asset that will require regular monitoring. In addition, if all Test Techs are utilized and the Company still has Thermography work to perform, trained inspectors can be utilized to perform the work.
