Theme Day. Menus - The Vendor shall offer special Theme Day menus at least twice a month when a greater variety of country or regional foods are served, e.g. Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Vegetarian and Sushi, etc. These foods must be made according to traditional recipes and with authentic ingredients.
