Theater. On Stage, for and in consideration of the covenants of Flashback, does hereby sub-lease and demise unto Flashback, subject to the reservations and conditions set forth herein, and Flashback hereby agrees to take and sub-lease from On Stage, for the term hereinafter specified, the premises formerly known as THE OSMOND FAMILY THEATER, located at 3216 West Highway 76, Branson, Mxxxxxxx 00000 xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx on Exhibit A attached hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "Theater"). On Stage hereby grants to Flashback the non-exclusive right to use certain of the personal property, equipment and other leasehold improvements currently located in and around the Theater, a list of said personal property, equipment and leasehold improvements is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" (hereinafter referred to as the "Existing Equipment"), which On Stage agrees will be available to Flashback in good working condition.
Theater. During the Lease Term, provided Tenant is not in default hereunder, Tenant shall be entitled to use without charge, except for a cleaning charge of $40.00 per use, the theater on the G2 level of the Building for up to twenty-four (24) hours per month, subject to availability. More frequent use shall be allowed by Tenant for a per diem charge of $75.00 per hour (minimum two (2) hours), plus the cleaning charge of $40.00 per use, subject to availability.
Theater. Tenant shall have the right to reserve and use the theater as mutually agreed upon during the Term.

Related to Theater

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Condominiums If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development), or stock in a cooperative housing corporation, such condominium, cooperative or planned unit development project meets the eligibility requirements of Fxxxxx Mxx and Fxxxxxx Mac.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project such Mortgage Loan was originated in accordance with, and the Mortgaged Property meets the guidelines set forth in the Originator's Underwriting Guidelines;

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Records; Visits The books and records pertaining to the Fund, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Fund. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Fund and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the Fund's expense.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
