Common use of The United States on behalf of DOI Clause in Contracts

The United States on behalf of DOI. (for BLM) shall have an allowed general unsecured claim of $167,399 against MagCorp for its unpaid minerals trespass claim related to materials mined from U.S. land without authorization from BLM (“Allowed DOI (BLM) Minerals Trespass General Unsecured Claim”).
