THE TRUST AND PLANS. This Trust, the Plans and each Participant's Plan Agreement are part of and constitute a single, integrated employee benefit plan and trust, shall be construed together as the entire agreement between the Company, the Trustee, the Participants and the Beneficiaries with regard to the subject matter thereof, and shall supersede all previous negotiations, agreements and commitments with respect thereto.
