THE TRAINING INTIATIVES. 4.1. System Access (1) Within 10 business days of the Commencement Date, the Territory will provide the Training Provider with the login credentials for an AVETARS Account. (2) The Training Provider’s access to an AVETARS Account is, at all times, limited by its Scope of Registration and subject to its compliance with its obligations under this Agreement. (3) The Territory may amend, limit or place conditions upon the Training Provider’s AVETARS Account, as reasonably necessary to reflect any change to the Training Provider’s Scope of Registration or to exercise, enforce or obtain the benefit of any right of the Territory or enforce any obligation of the Training Provider under this Agreement.
