The Single Allocation Platform Sample Clauses

The Single Allocation Platform clause establishes a centralized system or mechanism for assigning or distributing specific resources, rights, or obligations within an agreement. In practice, this clause may designate a particular platform or process through which all allocations—such as financial assets, project tasks, or contractual responsibilities—are managed and tracked, ensuring consistency and transparency. Its core function is to streamline allocation procedures, reduce administrative complexity, and minimize disputes by providing a single, authoritative point of reference for all parties involved.
The Single Allocation Platform shall indicate insufficient collaterals as the reason for the Bid exclusion in the Auction results notification to the Registered Participant.
The Single Allocation Platform shall notify a Registered Participant whose Bid is rejected as invalid and the reason for this rejection, without undue delay after the Bid is rejected.
The Single Allocation Platform shall issue without undue delay an acknowledgement of receipt of the notification to the transferor. Where the notification fulfils the requirements pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article the Single Allocation Platform shall inform the transferee about the notification of the transfer.
