The Severance Benefits. b. Executive shall also be entitled to any unpaid compensation and benefits, and unused vacation accrued, through the Termination Date. Executive shall also be entitled to receive reimbursement for expenses that Executive reasonably and necessarily incurred on behalf of the Company prior to the Termination Date, provided that Executive submits expense reports and supporting documentation of such expenses as required by the practice or policy in effect at that time. Executive shall not be eligible for or entitled to any severance payments or benefits pursuant to a severance plan, program, arrangement, practice or policy of the Company, if any, that may be in effect as of the Termination Date, including without limitation any other agreement, entered into prior to the date hereof, that Executive may have with the Company regarding the subject matter hereof.
