The Secured Parties. (a) Any Secured Party may assign or otherwise dispose of all or any of its rights under this Security Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Second Lien Note Documents to which it is a party and may disclose any information in its possession relating to a Chargor to any actual or prospective assignee, transferee or participant if so permitted by the terms of the Second Lien Note Documents.
