The Rules of Interpretation. The rules of interpretation as set forth in the Collateral Trust Agreement shall govern the terms, conditions and provisions hereof. In the event of any conflict between those set forth in this Mortgage and the Collateral Trust Agreement, the latter shall be deemed controlling and shall preempt the former.
