Common use of The relationship of Lender Clause in Contracts

The relationship of Lender. to Borrower hereunder is strictly and solely that of lender and borrower and nothing contained in the Note, the Mortgages, this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents is intended to create, or shall in any event or under any circumstance be construed as creating, a partnership, joint venture, tenancy-in-common, joint tenancy or other relationship of any nature whatsoever between Lender and Borrower other than as lender and borrower.
