The Redevelopment Plan Clause Samples
The Redevelopment Plan clause outlines the requirements and procedures for creating and implementing a plan to redevelop a property or project area. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for preparing the plan, the necessary approvals, and the timeline for submission and execution. For example, it may require the developer to submit detailed architectural drawings, budgets, and schedules for review by relevant authorities or stakeholders. The core function of this clause is to ensure that redevelopment activities are clearly planned, coordinated, and compliant with agreed standards, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and delays during the redevelopment process.
The Redevelopment Plan. The Redevelopment Plan for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley Redevelopment Project (the “Redevelopment Project”) was adopted on December 29, 1987 by Ordinance No. 87-154 (the “Redevelopment Plan”). The project area of the Redevelopment Project is referred to herein as the “Project Area”. The Participant has reviewed the Redevelopment Plan and agrees to perform under this Agreement in conformity with the Agreement and, to the extent the Redevelopment Plan is applicable following the dissolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley which occurred on February 1, 2012, the Redevelopment Plan.
The Redevelopment Plan. This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan which was approved and adopted on March 5, 1986, by the City Council by the City by Ordinance No. 3218, as amended and restated pursuant to that Second Amended and Restated City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Plan adopted by the City Council on December 16, 2015 (the “Redevelopment Plan”). The Redevelopment Plan, as it may be subsequently amended, is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
The Redevelopment Plan. The Amargosa Redevelopment Project was approved and adopted on October 17, 1983 by Ordinance No. 321, and amended by Ordinance No. 672 adopted on December 5, 1994, and by Ordinance No. 727 adopted on March 27, 1997, of the City Council of the City of Lancaster; said ordinances and the Redevelopment Plan as so approved (the "Redevelopment Plan") are incorporated herein by reference.
The Redevelopment Plan. This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Town of Truckee Redevelopment Agency Five Year Implementation Plan, which was originally approved by the Town Council of the Town of Truckee on October 15, 1998, by Ordinance No. 1998-06.
The Redevelopment Plan. This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Redevelopment Plan, this Agreement shall control.
