The Ranch. A portion of the Property to be conveyed hereunder is a part of that certain subdivision (the “Ranch”) of record in Palo Pinto County, Texas according to the map or plat of record in Volume 7, Page 71, Plat Records of Palo Pinto County, Texas, as it may be amended or modified from time to time. The Ranch subdivision includes a portion of the Land being conveyed hereunder and a portion of the Retained Land. The portion of the Property which is part of the Ranch is conveyed subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Ranch Agreement, as well as that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Ranch on Possum Kingdom Palo Pinto County, Texas (the “Ranch Declarations”, a copy of which were attached to the RFB as Exhibit “N”, and which are incorporated herein by reference) dated December 8, 1997, as recorded in Vol. 944, Page 403 of the Official Public Records of Palo Pinto County, Texas. On and after Closing, Purchaser and its successors and assigns shall be responsible for enforcing the terms and conditions of the Ranch Agreement and Ranch Declarations and shall cooperate with Seller to ensure the Leaseholders’ compliance with the same. The Assignment of the Ranch Agreement to be executed at Closing (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit H) shall include such obligations of Purchaser.

Mutilated or defaced Notes, Coupons or Talons must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.

  • Security Constrained Unit Commitment Adjustments The NTO shall coordinate with its ITO(s) as applicable regarding any request for commitment of additional Generators. If, following coordination among the NTO and its ITO(s), an additional resource(s) needs to be committed to ensure local area reliability, the NTO, or the ITO(s) at the NTO’s request, may request commitment of additional Generators (including specific output level(s)). The ISO will use Supplemental Resource Evaluation (“SRE”), pursuant to ISO Tariffs and ISO Procedures, to fulfill a request from the NTO or ITO(s), as appropriate, for additional units.
