Common use of The Purchasers Clause in Contracts

The Purchasers. On or prior to the Closing, each Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Company the following: (i) this Agreement duly executed by such Purchaser; (ii) a fully completed and duly executed Accredited Investor Qualification Questionnaire in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C; (iii) a fully completed and duly executed Bad Actor Questionnaire in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D; and (iv) such Purchaser’s Subscription Amount as indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto by wire transfer to the account specified by the Company.

The Purchasers. On or prior to the applicable Closing, each Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Company the following: (i) this Agreement duly executed by such Purchaser; (ii) a fully completed and duly executed Accredited Investor Qualification Questionnaire in the form attached hereto as Exhibit CB; (iii) a fully completed and duly executed Bad Actor Questionnaire in the form attached hereto as Exhibit DC; and (iv) such Purchaser’s Subscription Amount as indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto attributable to such Closing by wire transfer to the account specified by the Company.
