Common use of The Purchasers Clause in Contracts

The Purchasers. acknowledges that the project will be an ongoing process and that certain inconvenience may be caused thereby. The Builder shall not be held liable for such inconvenience or any damages that flow there from and shall be entitled, (where necessary) to enter upon the property for purposes of obtaining access to adjoining ▇▇▇▇▇ in the course of such development.
