THE PRESS. 24.1 Prior to the issue of any press release relating to the Partnership Arrangements or making any contact with the press on any issue relating thereto attracting or which would reasonably be expected to attract media attention the Chief Executives of the Partners (or such persons as they each shall designate) will wherever practicable consult with each other (acting reasonably at all times) to agree a joint strategy for the release or handling of the issue. The provisions of this Clause 24 are subject to any alternative arrangements that the Partners may agree for press relations in particular situations.
