Common use of The Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

The Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees and reimbursement of expenses as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between Santander Consumer USA Inc. and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by Santander Consumer USA Inc., within 30 days of a demand by the Owner Trustee, upon receipt by the Owner Trustee of an invoice or other demand for payment, for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder and under the other Transaction Documents.
