The Outgoing Administering Authority Sample Clauses

The Outgoing Administering Authority clause defines the responsibilities and procedures that apply to the authority or entity that is relinquishing its administrative role, typically in the context of pension schemes or similar arrangements. This clause outlines how the outgoing authority must transfer relevant records, assets, and information to the incoming authority, and may specify timelines, required documentation, and cooperation obligations during the transition. Its core practical function is to ensure a smooth and orderly handover, minimizing disruption and maintaining continuity of administration for the affected scheme or arrangement.
The Outgoing Administering Authority and the Replacement Administering Authority shall jointly communicate to the Exiting Employees in a form to be agreed by the Board before the Handover Date (in order to meet their respective obligations under TUPE).
