Common use of The Operating Advisor Clause in Contracts

The Operating Advisor. The Operating Advisor shall promptly review (i) the actions of the Special Servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan when it is a Specially Serviced Loan (as provided in Section 3.10(h), this Section 3.27 and Section 6.5) and the actions of the Special Servicer with respect to Major Decisions relating to the Mortgage Loan when it is not a Specially Serviced Loan (as provided in Section 6.5) and with respect to which a Major Decision Reporting Package has been delivered to the Operating Advisor, (ii) all reports by the Special Servicer made available to Privileged Persons that are posted on the Certificate Administrator’s Website and (iii) each Asset Status Report (after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Operating Advisor Consultation Event) and Final Asset Status Report delivered to the Operating Advisor by the Special Servicer.
