The Observatory Clause Samples

The Observatory. Voucher Statement thus furnished to Licensee shall constitute a final determination as between Licensor and Licensee as to the amount of Observatory Vouchers sold for the period covered thereby, unless Licensee, within thirty (30) days after Licensee's receipt of the Observatory Voucher Statement shall give a Dispute Notice to Licensor that it disputes the accuracy of the Observatory Voucher Statement, which notice shall specify the particular respects in which the Observatory Voucher Statement is inaccurate.
