The NZEI Clause Samples

This clause defines the role and recognition of the New Zealand Educational Institute (NZEI) within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the NZEI's status as the representative body for employees covered by the agreement, specifying its rights to represent members in employment matters and participate in consultation processes. For example, the clause may detail how the NZEI is to be notified of changes affecting staff or involved in dispute resolution procedures. The core function of this clause is to formally acknowledge the NZEI's authority and ensure that employees have organized representation, thereby promoting fair and structured communication between staff and the employer.
