Common use of The Notes Trustee Clause in Contracts

The Notes Trustee. The Grantors and the PP&E Indenture Secured Parties acknowledge that when acting hereunder, including without limitation, when exercising any discretion or right to direct the Collateral Trustee, the Notes Trustee shall be entitled to all of the rights, privileges, protections, immunities and benefits given to the Notes Trustee under the Indenture, including, without limitation, its right to be indemnified.
