Common use of The Merchant Clause in Contracts

The Merchant. undertakes to ensure the confidential nature of all information received when using the Secure Payment Gateway and, in particular, all information of a technical nature that may have been provided to it by the Federation, including the websites provided to it during training, and not to disclose to any third party its merchant number, or the names and account numbers appearing on an Authorized Credit Card or on any report or form showing these names or numbers.
