The Licensor states Sample Clauses

The Licensor states. − that he/she is the author (co-author) of the Work, − if the Work was created in connection with the performance of an employment contract, the Licensor has the right to grant permission to use the Work under this Agreement, − When creating the Work, the Licensor does not violate the intellectual property rights of others. If the Work contains materials of other persons, except for citations in the amount justified by the scientific, informational or critical nature of the Work, the use of such materials is carried out by the Licensor in compliance with copyright.
