The liability of Construction. Manager hereunder shall extend to and include the full amount of any and all sums paid, expenses and losses incurred, damages sustained, and obligations assumed by Owner in good faith under the belief that such payments or assumptions were necessary or required, in completing the Work and providing labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and other items therefor or re-letting the Work, and in settlement, discharge or compromise of any claims, demands, suits, and judgments pertaining to or arising out of the Work hereunder.
