THE JOINT JOB EVALUATION. COMMITTEE (JJEC) 6.1 The JJEC shall have equal representation and participation from the parties, consisting of three (3) voting representatives from the employer and three (3) voting representatives from the local union. A quorum of two (2) and two (2) is required to transact JJEC business. 6.2 In addition to the voting representatives described in Article 6.1, the employer and the union shall each designate a non-voting co-chairperson.
