The Initial Courses. Wharton shall develop initially ----------------------------------- two (2) Courses that will be suitable for delivery through the Caliber Learning Network after the formatting and adaptation contemplated by Section 3, all as further described in Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2 attached hereto and shall offer ----------- ----------- such Courses through the Caliber Learning Network in the Fall of 1998 and the Winter and Spring of 1999 in accordance with the Course Schedule.
