Common use of The HHS Grants Policy Statement Clause in Contracts

The HHS Grants Policy Statement. (HHS GPS). This award is subject to the requirements of the HHS GPS that are applicable to the Recipient based on the Recipient type and the purpose of this award [available at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/sites/default/files/grants/grants/policies-regulations/hhsgps107.pdf]. The general terms and conditions in the HHS GPS will apply as indicated unless there are statutory, regulatory, or award-specific requirements to the contrary. Although the HHS GPS is meant to be consistent with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements, the current 2007 version has not been updated to parallel the new HHS regulations. The HHS regulation, 45 CFR Part 75, effective December 26, 2014, therefore supersedes information on administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for grants and cooperative agreement included in the current HHS Grants Policy Statement where differences are identified.
